Three things to do this weekend in Dublin

Every week at City Language School, we like to let our students know what’s happening across the city – places they can go to hang out, engage culturally and, above all, speak English. Unfortunately, due to the you-know-what we can\’t really go too far but we can leave metaphysically and virtually so let\’s look at a few things that you might take part in.

Virtual Yoga with Jenn Dodgson, Thursday 4pm – ONLINE

MixPose Live Stream Online Yoga is a livestream platform specifically devoted to yoga and fitness classes. It is a little different because they offer a unique AI pose-tracking technology that provides feedback to instructors and users. This makes for a more interactive experience for virtual yoga and it\’s pretty cool. There is beginner friendly Online Yoga and there are free yoga and online yoga classes every week. You can join this free class by clicking right here and joining in.

Meditation, Sunday 31st January – ONLINE

This free guided meditation class is an easy and practical way of tapping into your spiritual side and getting rid of some stress. It is free but you will need to register.

You will learn and practice meditation and learn how to apply it to different and difficult situations in life but let\’s start off with this free class and see where it takes you. You can join the event right here

Boredom Rebellion, Science Gallery, Friday 29th Jan – Mon 1st Feb, ONLINE

Despite its name, this event is far from boring. Nothing this gallery does is ever boring.

BOREDOM REBELLION will connect young people across the world to explore how active boredom sparks collaborative creativity.

The BOREDOM REBELLION programme of workshops, performances, and talks invites you to break the monotonous routine and create together in a virtual space. The events are free but you will need to register. The link will also give you a full run down of events which include comedy workshops, games of Jeopardy and ways of tackling boredom that lead to creativity. Sounds great.
