Sophia Leontitsi has been teaching with us at City Language School in Dublin for almost two years. \”There are many podcasts students can benefit from and I am sure they can find the ones they are more interested in on Spotify simply by searching,\” she says. \”Recently, I’ve been listening to I Weigh with Jameela Jamil, which started as a social media post but ended up being a movement which challenges society’s definition of worth through weight by asking different performers, activists and influencers. It comes with hilarious and vulnerable conversations and I think it is both educational and inspirational, it celebrates progress and not perfection, something that applies to the process of learning, too.\”
